NOVA Power Solutions advises using only factory-supplied battery packs with all of our UPS products. Failure to do so could void your warranty, cause harm to yourself, and/or damage the unit. Please call or email us for more information.

The battery packs in all of our UPS products are considered a user-serviceable item, but proper care and safety procedures should be followed. Keep in mind the exposed terminals of all batteries provide access to live DC energy, and when working inside an UPS, live electricity may still be present for a short time even after AC input power has been removed and the batteries have been disconnected. Consult the appropriate maintenance procedures and manuals before attempting to replace a battery pack. Failure to do so could void your warranty, cause harm to yourself, and/or damage the UPS.

For specifics on battery replacement by model number, please email or call us at the info listed below, and have the serial number and full model number of your UPS readily available.
